Shipping & Return Policy


Shipping or return costs
Orders are free of shipping costs (see Terms and conditions). Per shipment 5.000,00 EUR are insured .
You bear the cost of returning the goods. 

Delivery period and order tracking

Orders that are received on weekdays (Monday-Friday) before approx. 2:00 p.m. (PST) are generally dispatched on the same evening, and orders received after 2:00 p.m. (PST) are dispatched on the following working day. If your goods are dispatched by means of parcel freight, you will receive a link in your dispatch confirmation that allows you to view the current status of the delivery at any time using order tracking. It may be that the package tracking data are not yet entirely up-to-date at the time when you receive this email.


Delivery period of personalized products

Material:

925 sterling silver: approx. 4 weeks

585 and 750 gold: approx. 4 weeks

950 Platinum: approx. 5 weeks

(Within Germany)


Delivery
If the first delivery is not successful, a notification will be left in your letter box. You can arrange a convenient delivery date with DHL, or have it delivered to an alternative address or to your neighbour.


Returns

To return your product within the 14 days period

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchange to arrive may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Non-returnable items: Non-returnable items are personalized products / gift cards / codes / certificates.


Exchanging goods and cancelling orders

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. BERING requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Non-returnable items are personalized products / gift cards / codes / certificates.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 workdays.


Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund within 5 days, please contact your bank and/or credit card company.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@luis-freya.com.


Sale items

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on any sale-priced items purchased at a discounted price.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you can use this form. Send the entire packaging unit, including the completed returns form and the declaration of cancellation, to the address below within two weeks after delivery, postage paid by you.
